Clarity of purpose

When you mention Mandela - you think freedom, mention Martin Luther - you think Equality. Its almost as if someone can figure out your next words after you invoke such names.

The more clear your purpose is, the more easy it is for the people around you or people who work with you to know first hand where you are and where you want to wind up. It is this clarity that speaks more to them. Clarity of purpose is more than words, its the whole psychology around you that speaks louder about your mission and your vision. Louder than your rhetoric's. It is so loud that you don't need to bring it up. When someone mentions your name, its the first thing that crops up.

Radiating purpose can not be build within a day. Radiating purpose is infectious. Such purpose is cultivated not only by working on the subject mater but through working on all the factors that define you.

On an ordinary 1st December of 1955 in Montgomery - Alabama, an African American lady refused bluntly to give up her seat as ordered by the bus driver. Now I say 'ordinary day' because then, that was the status quo. This one event had a ripple effect that richocheyd throughout history and redefined not just her life, neither the lives of a specific community, neither the lives of a nation, but reverberated across the world. This one action was part of the plot among others that led to a constitution being changed.

Now, please note that Rosa Parks action in the moment had this effect not because she was a woman, neither because of the mood of the country but this all lay with one part of her - her personality - her purpose. Note, this was not the first time that Rosa had clashed with the driver, neither was she the first African American woman to not give in her seat. Her determination for a just system was in her core DNA. It surrounded her every where she went. Imagine if she was arrested and on going to the police station, the cops identified her as the local drunk or any other vice. Imagine if she had issues due to negative traits with her neighbors, who would have come out in support? Yes she would have resisted the bus driver, but would it have gone down history as it did? Simply no. Her one action depended on all her other aspects of life. She had to have lived in total harmony and leave no room to stain her purpose.

Your Purpose is connected to every aspect of your life. Its connected to every word that comes out of your mouth.

Your greatest witness is your back - how people see you when you don't see them. Its defined when your not trying to define it. Your greatest task therefore is on you. Work hard on you and create that distinctive and persuasive character around you. An aura that smells like sweet incense burning, surrounding every part of you, defining you. When people can see this, then they can follow you with the least need for instructions and without much hesitation.

Its Yours, if your it
